As per the terms and conditions of the parking contract, one full calendar month's written notice is required for cancellations - this form will suffice as written notice. Customers who need to cancel their account without providing one full calendar month's written notice will be charged a $25.00 administration fee. All parking equipment (hanger tags, remotes, transponders, keys) must be returned to the EasyPark head office (209 - 700 W Pender St, Vancouver, BC, V6C 1G8), or the attendant's booth at our attended facilities, within 7 days after the cancellation date - after this time any equipment deposits will be forfeit.
