Where can I park as a monthly parking customer?

How do I cancel my stall?
Please fill out the required information in our cancellation form or phone your Monthly Parking Administrator.

I’m having problems with my access equipment. What can I do?
Contact the Monthly Administrator for your location. Contact Us if a replacement is required it will be made available for collection at our office.

What is my status on the waitlist?
Contact the Monthly Administrator for your location under Contact Us.

I want to transfer my parking. Is this possible?
Yes – please contact the Monthly Administrator for your location who can provide the necessary transfer forms.

There is someone in my reserved stall. What can be done?
Please park your vehicle in any available non-reserved stall. During office hours, please contact the Monthly Administrator for your location quoting your stall number and the unauthorized vehicle details (plate, make, model, color). Outside office hours, please report the vehicle to our 24/7 emergency customer service number 604.682.0555. You can find out your Monthly Administrator Information in Contact Us.
