Season & Annual Pass Terms

  1. General
    The following terms and conditions form the monthly parking agreement with Parking Corporation of Vancouver/EasyPark (PCV/EasyPark). These terms and conditions are subject to change by PCV/EasyPark without notice. PCV/EasyPark reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time with one calendar month’s written notice. A calendar month is from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the same month.
  2. Payments
    The pass fees charges are due in advance of the pass being issued. Returned cheques or declined credit card payments are subject to a $25.00 handing fee.
  3. Passes
    A non-refundable fee may be charged for parking passes. Parking passes may be in the form of a decal, mirror hanger, dash card or a combination of these forms and remains the property of PCV/EasyPark. Issued passes are only valid for the parking facility designated on the front of this agreement. Valid passes must be displayed clearly at all times with the facility number facing out. Failure to display a valid pass in the manner prescribed may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed at your expense. If any pass lost, stolen or damaged, it will be replaced upon payment of a non-refundable fee.
  4. Misuse of passes
    Misuse of passes will be considered a breach of this agreement.  If the pass is misused, e.g. copied, the pass in question will be subject to termination. In the event of such a breach, PCV/EasyPark may also charge the regular daily rate plus an administration fee in addition to the pass charges.
  5. Assumption of Liability
    Parking charges are for the use of parking space only. PCV/EasyPark is not responsible or liable for any injury, death, property damage, theft or disappearance occurring in, on or about the parking facility to the customer or anyone claiming under or through the customer.
  6. Assignment
    The customer cannot assign or transfer this agreement without the prior written consent of PCV/EasyPark. An administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for each subsequent transfer of the monthly parking agreement.
  7. Breach of Agreement
    Customers in breach of the terms and conditions of the parking agreement may result in any or all of the following actions: suspension of parking privileges; termination of the parking agreement without notice; and/or towing of vehicle at the customer’s expense.
  8. Change in Start Date/Cancelled Applications/Extension of Contract
    Once a monthly parking agreement has been submitted to PCV/EasyPark, customers will be charged a $25.00 administration fee if they decide to cancel the application.
  9. Other Conditions
    If the customer’s normal location is not available for any reason, PCV/EasyPark reserves the right to relocate the customer to another PCV/EasyPark location (if available), or to refuse parking (if another PCV/EasyPark location is not available), on a temporary basis. Customers are subject to the terms and conditions displayed on all signs in the parking facility. Assignment and/or location of all rented parking spaces are at the discretion of PCV/EasyPark.
