Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. If requests are made after 30 days an EasyPark App credit will be provided if your refund is valid.
Please be advised – when paying for parking with your credit card, our meters will need to process an authorization “charge” on your card, which is then followed by a sale “charge” when the transaction is completed.
It is rare, but depending on your bank there are times when the payment will show up twice, typically as two or more pending charges because of this. After a few business days, typically only one of those charges well show up as a posted charge on your statement when the payment has processed.
If you’re requesting a refund for this situation, please wait until it shows as two or more separate posted payments on your banking. Still pending charges will not be reviewed for a refund.
